axioscan
Zeiss AxioScan.Z1 Slide Scanner: an automated slide scanner for fluorescence, brightfield or polarization microscopy. A software wizard guides users through profile development for automated tissue detection, focusing, and scanning. The system can load up to 100 slides and image them using pre-configured profiles without supervision.

Colibri 7 LED light source: 385 nm, 430 nm, 511 nm, 555 nm, 590 nm, 630 nm

Objectives: 5x/0.25 10x/0.45, 20x/0.8, 40x/0.5 Pol and 50x/0.8 Pol

Filter: GFP, DsRed, Cy5, DAPI/GFP/CY3/Cy5, and CFP/FP/mCherry

Camera: Hamamatsu Orca Flash, AxioCam IC (CCD AxioCam IC Color camera) and Hitachi HV-F202SCL

Modular trays for 26mm x 76mm (can scan up to 100) and 52mm x 76mm

Software: Zen Blue
